Job Title: Recruiter
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Department: Human Resources
Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for all positions within the company at all locations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline
· Create and post job descriptions on various platforms
· Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking
· Screen resumes and applications
· Conduct phone interviews and reference checks
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
· Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
· Manage the recruitment process through onboarding for new hires
· Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheet and provide regular hiring reports
· Track recruiting costs
· Stay up to date with hiring trends, recruiting techniques, and labor laws
· Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
· Frequent travel (3-4 times per month on average) to other locations
· Assist HR Manager with processes and administrative tasks as needed
· Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision

· Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office)
· Working knowledge of company software and procedures
· Great attitude and ability to work with others

· Work full-time, onsite daily with travel to other locations as required

Requirements
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree, HR certification is a plus
· Proven experience as an in-house recruiter for manufacturing/skilled trades
Physical Requirements (representative but not exhaustive):
· Sitting, crouching, kneeling
· Walking (including climbing stairs)
· Manual finger dexterity
· Heavy lifting; 30 pounds or more
· Twisting, bending, reaching, and stretching
· Long periods of standing
· Exposure to shop noise and dust
· Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles
· Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
