We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects and Product Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of our New Product Development (NPD) and pipeline and the efficient management of our existing product portfolio. Sitting in our Operations team, you will partner with our Product Innovation team and drive the technical project execution ensuring our innovative beauty products are launched on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing cross functional team environment, champion process excellence, and ensure robust governance across all technical aspects of the product development process

The Role:
- NPD Pipeline delivery: Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of the NPD/EPD pipeline for your allocated category ensuring projects are completed on time, in full, and within the agreed cost and quality parameter, as outlined in brand briefs and launch calendars.
- Project Management & Timelines: Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and critical paths, ensuring accountability within the NPD and operations teams to achieve successful pipeline delivery.
- Gate Milestone and senior stakeholders Management: Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations to ensure the key Gate milestones for your projects are done on time. Proactively engage stakeholders and ensure robust governance for the key project decisions.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Proactively facilitate issue resolution and effectively manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, in identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, in collaboration with the cross functional team
- EPD & Portfolio Maintenance: Manage and implement product changes for the existing portfolio for your category. This includes leading technical initiatives related to compliance, regulatory requirements, quality improvements, artwork changes, supplier transitions, value re-engineering, or brand-led redesigns
- Master Data and New Artwork Management: Support the seamless integration and ongoing management of new artwork and master data for both new and existing SKUs, collaborating with the Ops team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Support the NPD process improvement, continuously identifying and implementing best-in-class project delivery methodologies and improvement initiatives
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Minimum 7 years experience in product development and project management within a FMCG industry - beauty experience is a must
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Deep industry knowledge, including skincare and/or cosmetics categories, with expertise in product development processes, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and understanding of supply chain processes and challenges in a fast growing business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and collaborate effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, and adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency in project management software, data analysis, and understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes.
- PMP certification is a plus
