What we do:
GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assists customers with new orders and re-orders, advises of status or order in process, furnishes information on new products and sends product literature. Process returns and maintains standing order and blanket order contracts. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel. Completes related records, reports and documentation. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurate entry of customer orders.

- E-skills test results meet minimum requirements of accuracy of data entry/keyboarding.
- Successful completion of new hire rep training.
- Receives orders by phone, fax and email via inbound/outbound calls or assist with internet questions.
- Processes orders, enters into computer and sends to Production Department.
- Acknowledges faxes and emailed orders. Verifies pricing, discounts, billing and shipping addresses, credit status, and informs customer of any problems. Notifies Customers of product backorders and anticipated availability.
- Maintains files, including master file and standing order files, Updates addresses.
- Researches and resolves problems with orders
- Sends sample shipments to customers. Allocates products when in short supply.
Effectively performing miscellaneous customer service functions.
- Sets up and processes new customers. Sends literature and/or price lists.
- Processes customer returns. Determines nature and reason for return and assess whether product is returnable. Corrects and reships incorrect orders. Processes related customer paperwork and credits. Sends returned items to Quality Control for check.
- Maintains standing order and pending orders. Contacts customers regarding renewals and prepares and types bids and letters.
- Informs customers of credit holds.
- Conducts customer surveys and inbound/outbound call campaigns.
Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with customers.

- Resolves questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously.
- Keeps customers informed of Company policies, procedures and status of their orders and accounts.
- Politely obtains and conveys information as needed.
- Maintains the Company’s professional reputation.
- Provides superior customer service.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relations, communication and coordination with Company personnel and management.
- Assists and supports area personnel as needed.
- Coordinates with the Finance Department regarding customer credit status.
- Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
- Attend and participates in meeting as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and data entry
- Excellent communication skills and public relations skills.
- Attention to detail
- Strong typing abilities.
- Willingness to assist others.
- Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment.
