Presales is a key role in achieving our ambition, and we have a great opportunity for an ambitious, accountable, strategic thinking leader to lead our Presales organization across our Americas business (AMER). You’ll proactively contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization and be an integral member of the AMER executive team. We’ll look for you to provide the direction necessary to maximize performance within the region and strategize organizing and aligning the team to meet regional needs while mastering to balance the other needs of the department.
You will lead a team of leaders and individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push boundaries and try new ideas, and are passionate about helping our customers and each other to succeed.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement- A comprehensive strategy and departmental vision for the Solution Consulting team that aligns with the overall corporate strategy.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Act as a change agent to rapidly transform the Presales organization at the same pace that we are transforming the Sales organization.
- Build a High Performing Team with High Readiness Talent in All Key Roles – Actively lead, coach and develop Solution Consulting leaders and individual contributors needed to successfully deliver the change agenda. Hire, onboard, develop, retain and define the career paths to meet the short and long-term profiles of talent required by both the department and company

You Have:
- 10+ years of Presales Leadership experience in a customer facing role who has driven the sales cycle for large Enterprise products
- 5+ Years at a Director level or higher spanning multiple industries and geographies across AMER/Canada
- You have led and executed growth and organizational change within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and have strong business and technical acumen You have a strong strategic leadership and vision and can influence stakeholders both internally and externally
- You are able to define a vision for solution consulting that is aligned with company goals
- You are a strong leader who can build, mentor, and scale high performing pre-sales and solutions teams
- You have a deep understanding of Solution architecture, i.e. In-depth understanding of complex technical ecosystems (e.g., Enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud, data, security)
- You have a Customer-Centric Mindset- i.e. You can map solutions to customer pain points and ROI, and lead conversations that align product value with business outcomes. Understand the full lifecycle from pre-sales through renewal/expansion.
- You are open to 50% travel within the US and Canada.
