Job Summary:

As a Client Solutions Manager, your primary role will be to support the Trafera Sales Team with sales activities. The successful Client Solutions Manager serves as an extension of the Sales Team and plays a key role in contributing to the sales and customer satisfaction within the organization. The Client Solutions Manager is a hybrid sales and administrative role; providing a perfect balance of pre and post-sales support responsibilities. You’ll spend your days putting together quotes, getting to know customers, engaging with vendor and distribution partners, and working closely with other internal rockstar teams to support customers throughout their sales experience. 

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

  • As business opportunities progress through the sales process, assist Trafera Sales Reps with the creation of comprehensive customer solutions. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Identifying appropriate products and services that meet customer specifications
  • Checking product availability and collaborating with vendor and distribution partners on lead times for out-of-stock solutions 
  • Registering deals with vendors and distributors to ensure best possible pricing that meets and maximizes customers’ budgets
  • Creating Trafera Estimates within Trafera’s CRM platform
  • Assisting the Sales Reps with RFPs details.
  • Stay ahead of the ever-evolving world of technology and instruction by participating in ongoing internal and external trainings 
  • Ensure Trafera delivers on all customer expectations by solidifying customer order details before order is submitted for processing; submit orders for processing 
  • Engage with and support current and prospective Trafera customers through email and phone. Common engagement and support responsibilities include sending Estimates, providing status updates on Customer Orders, looking up/sharing tracking information, sending copies of Invoices, and escalating issues internally on the Customer’s behalf.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners from Sales, Order Processing, Support, Warehouse, Production, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Repair, and Marketing to ensure customers are supported along every step of their technology journey
  • Initiate customer support tickets within Trafera’s CRM platform

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Proven ability to complete tasks, independently, with thoroughness and accuracy 
  • Capable of quickly adapting within a fluid environment while balancing multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable and confident working cross functionally
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP and CRM platforms

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by HR
  • 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in the K-12 technology market

Essential and Physical Requirements:

  • Position is based on-site within the Trafera Arden Hills office and requires the ability to travel to the office a minimum of two days per week.
  • Position will initially require being on-site five days per week to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move a laptop computer regularly
  • Must be comfortable with and able to communicate with customers over-the-phone
