🌍 Location: Remote / 2 Days a week in Old Street, London

💷 Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 a year

🕝 Hours: 40 hrs/week, 7 am – 7pm core hours

If so, we’ve got the perfect role for you! We’re on the hunt for a CRM Executive who’s ready to dive into the world of customer engagement and retention. At TotallyMoney, CRM drives over 50% of our revenue, so you’ll be in a role that can make a huge impact from Day 1. We don’t expect you to have a long history of CRM experience – just strong examples of work in a business-to-consumer space in which you made a tangible impact.

What you’ll do:

As part of the CRM team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Launching and managing CRM campaigns that wow our customers and drive revenue
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to optimise performance and boost conversion.
  • Creating ad-hoc campaigns to surprise and delight our customers.
  • Maintaining clean, consistent, and effective campaign setups.
  • Translating ideas into clear creative briefs for our design team.
  • Sharing insights and workflows with stakeholders


Here’s what a normal day in the job might look like:

  • Collaborating with commercial, product, and brand marketing teams.
  • Using smart segmentation to tailor communications.
  • Tracking campaign metrics and turning insights into action.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.

Succeeding in your first few months includes:

  • Delivering impactful campaigns that improve engagement and retention.
  • Gaining fluency in our CRM tools and processes.
  • Establishing strong working relationships across teams.
  • Bringing creative energy and rigour to campaign execution.

The hiring process:

- A 15-minute introductory telephone chat with our people experience manager.
- A 45-minute call with Head of CRM Anna and CEO Ali to assess your experience
- A panel and task interview with key team members and stakeholders
