Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead Developer to lead integration initiatives, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in MuleSoft installation/setup, architecture, and managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration solutions.
  • Design and develop scalable APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Oversee and participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of MuleSoft runtimes (CloudHub, Hybrid, or On-premise).
  • Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align integration design with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft implementations.
  • Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and support knowledge base.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with at least 5 years leading MuleSoft development.
  • Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
  • Strong experience in installation and configuration of MuleSoft in cloud, hybrid, or on-premise environments.
  • Strong Experience in Java
  • Hands-on experience with RAML, DataWeave, API design, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, DBs).
  • Experience in managing onsite-offshore development teams.
  • Proficient in CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
