Product Manager – Cash Management 

 

Tietoevry is a leader in the Norwegian financial technology sector, committed to providing cutting-edge solutions for the banking industry.  

 

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to step into the role of Product Manager, taking ownership of the Cash Management portfolio within Tietoevry Payment & Cash Management product management team. 

 

Corporate Payment System and Cash Pool together form the backbone of Cash Management at Tietoevry, working in synergy to support the Payment platform. 

Those systems are enabling banks to manage corporate clients liquidity​, corporate internet bank authorization, distribute account information, payment information and files to the end-customers and their service providers. 

This role also involves overseeing a wider Payment ecosystem, as part of the Payment product management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the functionality and strategic development of these critical systems.

Responsibilities: 

  • P&L  

  • Bidding & offering 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, and sales, to define product requirements and strategy 

  • Roadmap ownership – strategy & vision 

  • Define and prioritize product features based on market demands and customer feedback 

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs related to the core banking 

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features 

  • Create and maintain product documentation 

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Cash Management area, providing guidance to internal teams and clients 

  • Follow up product compliance related affairs with legal and regulatory requirements 

 

Qualifications: 

  • University degree in a relevant field (engineering, economy) 

  • Domain experience in the banking or financial sector may substitute for a formal degree 

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within Payment & Cash Management, financial technology, banking 

  • Familiar with the payment industry, preferably with hands-on experience in a banking environment 

  • Interested and/or relatively familiar with compliance and regulations within Norwegian banking sector 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities 

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 

  • Experience in developing and launching successful software products 

  • English and Norwegian (preferably) language proficient
