(Junior) Marketing and Communications Manager - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Communications Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create - the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

In this role, you will manage social media, execute newsletter marketing and ensure website performance while supporting events and design efforts.
 

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you are responsible for:
 

• Website Management: Provide technical support, enhance user experience, and maintain web content.

• Event Support: Take part in event planning and executing, create promotional materials, and coordinate with teams.

• Social Media Management: Create and publish content, engage with the audience, analyze performance.

• Newsletter Marketing: Support of the newsletter creation for Austrian and German market and analyze performance.

• Performance Marketing: Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, oversee budgets, and analyze data for optimization.

• Design Support: Act as customer for in-house creative team for generating social media visuals
   

Who we are looking for

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• At least 1 year experience in Marketing, e.g. in social media management, email marketing, event and performance marketing

• Experience in the IT industry (preferably IT consulting company)

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in creating marketing copy

• Familiarity with content management systems and website analytics tools

• Creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

• Language skills in German (minimum C1 level) and English (fluent), both verbally and writing

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 3.175,00 (IT collective agreement, "ST1 Einstiegsstufe") on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
