We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join the Strategic Sales and Business Development team within Tietoevry Care’s Data Driven Care business unit. Data Driven Care is focused on driving growth in Nordic and selected European markets, and its product portfolio includes Lifecare Data Platform, Lifecare Open Platform and Lifecare Resource Optimization.

As a Bid Manager, you will take the administrative lead in managing complex, international public and private procurement processes. You will coordinate the end-to-end bidding process and contribute directly to winning large-scale contracts that matter.
You’ll work in skilled bid teams alongside sales managers, solution leads, product managers, and other specialists. You will also play a vital role in governing Data Driven Care’s international go-to-market partners in contractual and administrative matters with them and supporting partner reporting, compliance, and steering group activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the administrative process of tender submissions in international contexts
- Drive tender compliance, documentation, and delivery in collaboration with the full bid team
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, legal, finance, product and delivery organizations
- Act as the key administrative interface for external partners during bidding processes
- Manage partner agreements, contract administration and lifecycle documentation
- Support and facilitate bid and partner governance processes such as reporting, performance follow-ups, and steering group meetings
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and risks associated with ongoing bids and contracts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in co-ordinating bids in public procurement processes
- Familiarity with large-scale tenders, preferably in the European public or healthcare sectors
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Experience working with contracts, technology and go-to-market partners, and governance frameworks
- Fluent in English (German is a big plus, also other European languages e.g. Dutch or some Nordic language will add value)
Preferred Background
- Background in software product or IT consultancy business
- Experience in roles related to public sector procurements, international B2B and B2Public sales and/or partner management
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Project Management, or a related field
