Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Legal Team within the Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) unit. The SDR team, essential in Thomson Reuters’ sales efforts, is responsible for generating qualified leads for our regional sales teams via prospecting activities and account research. You will also partner with the Sales Leaders to develop and refine sales development strategies to drive growth across the portfolio, with an opportunity to participate in the early/ mid stages of the sales process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the ANZ market primarily with support on a campaign-basis in Asia.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sales Development Representative, you will:
Pursue the identification of opportunities to increase sales volume for the individual products and to drive growth within each product line.
Clearly articulates TR’s solutions to key personas and demonstrates the value drivers for the portfolio.
Develop processes and manages execution of sales activity (e.g. lead generation, data capture and enrichment, HVS sequences).
Maintain excellent standards and detained information in CRM system.
Focus on driving new sales opportunities using the adoption of digital tools.
Collaborates with Sales Specialists, Sales Leads and Marketing functions to help design and execute cross-territory campaigns to drive specific sales initiatives and achieve results.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Sales Development Representative if you have the following required qualifications:
2 or more years of proven experience within an SDR or Business Development or B2B Inside Sales position.
Proven track record of exceeding against quota and/or other performance metrics and working cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives and targets.
Practiced in use of sales automation and analytics technology – experience with Salesforce, Advanced Excel.
