Location: Hybrid – Must be able to work from our Philadelphia studio as needed – minimum of 3 days per week but may occasionally require up to 5 days per week depending on operational needs


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Annual Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000


Think Company is seeking a Talent & People Operations Coordinator to lead day-to-day recruiting and provide cross-functional support across HR, operations, and internal systems. What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for select roles, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to evaluate candidate fit
  • Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and reporting readiness
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles to support proactive hiring and reduce time-to-fill
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging candidate experience at every step
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and identify opportunities to improve the diversity of our candidate pipelines

People Operations & Administration

  • Assist with onboarding new hires (documents, equipment, orientation support)
  • Maintain and update employee records, assist with benefits documentation and coordination
  • Support administrative tasks related to our HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Provide backup help with office management, light IT coordination, and internal requests
  • Handle occasional errands such as shipping packages, picking up supplies, and coordinating with external vendors

Culture & Collaboration

  • Be a visible, approachable presence in our Philadelphia studio
  • Help plan and execute internal events and employee engagement efforts
  • Provide general support to help Think Company run smoothly—especially when priorities shift or teammates need a hand

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in recruiting or talent coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you enjoy meeting people, making connections, and building rapport
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using:
    • MacOS
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
    • Email and scheduling tools
  • Highly organized and self-motivated; able to juggle tasks without dropping the ball
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on new and unfamiliar challenges

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JazzHR) and HR platforms (e.g., Paylocity)
  • Prior experience in operations, office management, or IT support
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
