Position Overview:
Theoria Recruiting Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Recruiter to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier physicians in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities across the country.

Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified physicians (MD/DO) for permanent, part-time, PRN, or contract placements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive physician candidates using job boards, databases, cold call outreach, referrals, and social media
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and interest
- Coordinate interviews between physicians and facility Regional Operations Directors, and manage the process through to offer acceptance and other assigned task
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS
- Collaborate with the client services team, and overseas off shore Candidate Sourcing Center to understand staffing needs and prioritize roles
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards
- Deliver a top-tier experience to both physicians and clients
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 + years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
- Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like Doximity, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for multiple specialties (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine)
- Familiarity with licensing, credentialing, and privileging processes
- Experience building external partnerships with Residencies and Fellowship Programs
