As a People Administrator, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture (P&C) team on an initial 6-month Fixed-term contract, providing essential administrative services across all our brands and corporate functions in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring records are maintained, and assisting colleagues with their queries.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Provide full administrative support to the P&C team, including J, M, L processes for UK corporate functions
- Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, transfer letters, and promotion letters
- Acknowledge resignation letters and manage all associated paperwork
- Prepare salary review letters and bonus letters using mail-merge
- Handle mortgage, loan, rental, and employment reference requests
- Maintain and update HR files
- Keep HR system updated with monthly changes
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in HR support or administration (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
