We are seeking a motivated Global FP&A intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience across the core functions of Financial Planning and Analysis, including monthly reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional support. You will work closely with Finance leadership and gain exposure to budgeting processes, executive reporting, and performance analysis in a global, fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management
  • Support variance analysis efforts by comparing actual results to forecast/budget
  • Help maintain financial models and forecasting templates
  • Collaborate with team members to gather inputs from Corporate and Regional teams
  • Participate in budgeting and long-range planning cycles, helping consolidate data and ensure accuracy
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects that support business decision-making
  • Help streamline reporting and planning processes through Excel and Power BI

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and drawing insights
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus, but not required
  • Curiosity, drive to learn, and a passion for sports or event-based businesses is a plus

 This is a Paid Internship, and it is required to be able to work out of the Tampa Florida office on requested days.
