Top candidates bring direct experience managing reporting workflows and executing the development of data analysis projects with multiple stakeholder inputs. They will also demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage and build collaborative relationships with clients and external partners. TEC is also interested in candidates open to leveraging their skills and expertise across other programs and initiatives as our business opportunities evolve.

  • Effectively delegate and oversee reporting workflows, including the supportive data coordination and compilation activities executed by colleagues; your role may evolve to include direct supervisory responsibilities.

  • Utilize Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and translation to align with standard reporting formats; develop, maintain and refine templates used by program implementers for standardized reporting; track schedules, deliverables, and progress towards milestones.

  • Produce internal and external monthly and quarterly reports of incentive claims from energy efficiency projects implemented and programmatic accomplishments (including metrics and indicators)

  • Lead the assembling, organization, and completion of Annual Reports and other reports for our clients’ Energy Efficiency Program portfolios to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).

  • Lead the development of process streamlining and workflow automations for report development, including aspects related to the collection of data inputs from internal and external parties.

  • Prepare forecasting analyses and reports in support of legal regulatory filings on behalf of our clients’ Energy Efficiency Program portfolios, such as advice letters to the CPUC and formal responses to proceedings open to public comment.

Other Duties

  • Schedule and support the facilitation of internal and external meetings, developing program correspondence, including reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and tracking of action items.

  • Conduct tracking, reporting and analysis of metrics on attainment of contracted goals, deliverables and objectives by using tracking templates and customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

  • Assist in design and maintenance of data fields, reports, and report types in CRM database to support reporting activities.

  • Produce regularly scheduled updates and reports on the progress of assigned projects.

  • Support QC and data transfer input tasks as requested.

  • Attend internal and external meetings and advocate on behalf of clients in matters related to regulatory reporting.
