We are seeking a Talent Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates aligned with the organization’s needs and culture. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and building positive candidate experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, internal referrals, and networking.
  • Post job openings across appropriate channels and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend offers and coordinate onboarding in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Selection Process Management

  • Design and administer fair and consistent selection processes, including interview guides, assessments, and evaluation tools.
  • Provide interview training and support to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations and selection decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the selection process.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to hiring practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR with a strong emphasis on hiring.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems 
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and selection techniques.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
