About the Role

Looking for someone with strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing experience to lead the performance and continuous improvement of our website and related digital platforms. You will be collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders by using your technical web optimization, and digital experience. While you won’t be coding from scratch, you will be expected to identify friction points, solve problems, and guide the evolution of our online presence to better serve customers.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership & Optimization

  • Serve as the digital owner of our website, ensuring performance, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage WordPress updates, including themes, plugins, and site structure.
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify outdated content, SEO gaps, technical issues, and friction points; recommend and implement enhancements to improve speed, mobile usability, and navigation.
  • Analyze user behavior to pinpoint drop-off areas and lead strategic improvements.

User Experience Strategy

  • Translate business goals into digital enhancements that improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Support the creation and optimization of future landing pages across service lines.
  • Apply best practices, including clear information architecture and intuitive user flows.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and interpret key metrics through Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other behavior-tracking tools.
  • Leverage insights to guide A/B tests, content updates, and conversion optimization initiatives.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with operations to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
  • Effectively communicate data-driven decisions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and strategic insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience, strategy, or web management.
  • Proficiency in WordPress site management, including plugin management and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.
  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and how they relate to content and site structure.
  • Experience interpreting analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with heatmap tools, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
