Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support the ERP Modernization program. The role involves developing and executing change management strategies, communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure successful adoption of ERP processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute IT change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and communication strategies. Conduct change readiness assessments and provide insights to leadership.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    Work with business units, IT teams, and end-users to identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies. Create clear communication materials (emails, presentations, FAQs, intranet content, etc.).

  • Training & Adoption:
    Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance user understanding and adoption of IT changes. Coordinate training logistics, track participation, and assess effectiveness.

  • Change Impact & Performance Metrics:
    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption and success. Gather and analyze feedback to improve change management initiatives.

  • Collaboration & Support:
    Align change activities with project timelines by working closely with IT project managers, business analysts, and HR teams. Support the Change Management Lead in executing OCM best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT change management, organizational transformation, or related fields. Experience with ERP system implementations, digital transformations, or enterprise software rollouts is preferred.

  • Skills & Competencies:
    Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze complex information, identify risks, and recommend solutions. Experience developing training materials and leading training sessions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
    Prosci Change Management Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, PMP or Agile Certification.

  • Experience: SAP experience is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $150-$170K

  • Benefits: Pension/401k 8% match, medical

  • Work Schedule: In-person, 9/80 schedule.
