The Role

As our Director of Partnerships, you will be the driving force behind our strategic partnership execution. You’ll identify, negotiate, and grow high-impact collaborations across healthcare, tech, and enterprise ecosystems. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership, your goal is to unlock new growth opportunities and bring our mission to life at scale. This role is perfect for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building deals from zero to one.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute the Partnership Strategy: Own and execute against a targeted partnership roadmap aligned with Sully.ai’s growth objectives.

  • Source & Close High-Impact Deals: Prospect, evaluate, and secure partnerships with EHR vendors, provider networks, tech platforms, insurers, and ecosystem players.

  • Structure Win-Win Agreements: Negotiate partnership structures that deliver measurable value for both Sully.ai and our partners.

  • Drive Revenue via Partnerships: Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to drive co-sell opportunities and channel growth through partners.

  • Build & Manage Relationships: Be the relationship lead for key partners—owning the success, renewal, and expansion of each partnership.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Marketing and Product to develop joint go-to-market campaigns, integration roadmaps, and co-branded initiatives.

  • Represent Sully.ai Externally: Attend industry events and conferences, representing the brand and cultivating new partner opportunities.

Who You Are

This is a strategic, execution-first role for someone who knows how to build partnerships that scale.

🚀 Must-Have Experience
Startup DNA: You’ve been at a high-growth startup before—ideally sub-20 person teams—and know how to operate in ambiguity.
Hands-On Deal Closer: You’ve personally sourced and closed strategic deals that created real revenue impact.
Strategic Operator: You understand how to prioritize partnership opportunities and execute with cross-functional alignment.
Strong Communicator: You know how to build trust quickly and communicate value clearly, both internally and externally.
Healthcare or SaaS Familiarity: You have experience navigating complex stakeholder environments like healthcare or enterprise SaaS.

💡 Bonus Points If You...

  • Have worked with or sold into EHR vendors, provider groups, or payers

  • Bring a strong network in health tech, AI, or B2B SaaS

  • Have experience with integrations, co-selling, or channel partnerships

  • Understand the compliance, legal, or regulatory complexities in healthcare
