As a Legal Technology Intern, you will play a crucial role in structuring and improving our SharePoint document library, building workflows to enhance processes, and integrating AI to automate document creation and contract review. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and Dataverse.
Responsibilities
- Structure and improve the SharePoint document library to ensure efficient document management and retrieval.
- Develop, implement, and optimize workflows and data analysis reports using Power Platform tools to streamline and improve legal processes and reporting.
- Utilize AI to integrate automation into document creation and contract review processes.
- Build and customize Power Apps to support various legal team functions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with Azure and Dataverse to manage data and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the implemented solutions.
- Document procedural and process updates and creation of training materials for stakeholder system usage.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 environment, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the legal team and other stakeholders.
- A keen interest in legal process improvement and the application of technology to improve them.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages required to work with Azure and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
