Senior Manager, Enablement
Job Description
At Stitch, we’re building something extraordinary. As a fast-growing team of passionate marketing technologists, architects, and strategists, we bring together our diverse backgrounds and experiences to work towards one common goal: make marketers’ lives easier with Braze.
Customer engagement is becoming increasingly complex, but with the right technology, processes, and strategies in place, marketers can achieve great things. We're motivated to be drivers of what the future of martech looks like by building solutions that work.
We’re all in on Braze as the leading customer engagement platform and the cornerstone of the modern martech stack. As an Orbit-level certified Braze partner (the highest level of partnership), we work alongside marketers from some of the world’s most beloved brands to stitch together innovative solutions, better processes, and smarter strategies that make marketing magic happen in Braze.
About This Role
As our Senior Manager, Enablement, you’ll architect the entire framework that fuels the success of our growing consulting team (called our Delivery team). You’ll design a scalable enablement strategy from the ground up, helping our team thrive from day one and grow into confident, effective consultants who consistently deliver exceptional client outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of talent development, operational excellence, and strategic enablement. You’ll partner closely with Delivery leadership to build holistic programs that go beyond checklists by embedding core competencies, elevating best practices, and creating a rhythm of ongoing learning and improvement across our team.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in the Indianapolis area. While Stitch is a remote-first company, we fly new hires to our Indianapolis office for in-person onboarding during their first week. Since we hire frequently, we have new team members visiting nearly every week. To provide a thoughtful and effective onboarding experience, the Enablement Specialist will lead sessions in person. Because of this, we are only considering candidates who live in or near Indianapolis.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy for Delivery enablement, from onboarding through continuous development
- Design and implement scalable programs, playbooks, and frameworks that drive knowledge, consistency, and operational excellence across the Delivery team
- Translate complex service offerings and processes into clear, compelling training content and learning journeys
- Partner with Delivery leaders to identify performance trends, knowledge gaps, and upskilling opportunities, and deliver proactive solutions
- Continually centralize general and role specific knowledge in our knowledge hub to ensure relevant, easy-to-access documentation across tools, processes, and best practices
- Develop metrics to assess enablement effectiveness and use insights to iterate and evolve your programs
- Champion a culture of learning and curiosity across the Delivery team, with regular learning forums, content refreshes, and skill-building initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent and Delivery leadership to ensure hiring aligns with enablement strategy and team success profiles
What Does Success Look Like In This Role?
- The onboarding experience is a standout for new hires! It’s organized, empowering, and tailored to the realities of consulting work
- You’ve launched structured enablement programs that help consultants grow across defined competencies and advance in their roles
- Documentation and resources are centralized, accessible, and continuously updated and actually used
- You identify what great consulting looks like at Stitch and embed it into every training, process, and performance touchpoint
- Delivery leaders rely on you as a strategic partner in developing team capabilities and supporting client delivery at scale
- 5+ years in a consulting, enablement, or learning & development role, ideally within a marketing technology or professional services organization
- Proven experience designing strategic enablement frameworks and scalable learning programs (not just delivering content)
- Experience translating technical or complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse learners
- A background in consulting or professional services and an understanding of what drives excellence in client engagements
- Operational mindset: you think in systems and love bringing structure to ambiguity
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You work well across teams and seniority levels
- Bonus: Familiarity with Braze or similar marketing platforms
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Flexible PTO policy
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Monthly tech stipend
- Paid parental leave
- Paid bereavement leave
- Mental well-being support
- In-person onboarding experience during your first week at our HQ in Indianapolis, Indiana
