Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.

- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
