Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain financial records, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  • Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
