Senior Front- End Developer (React. JS) with Banking experience

Staff4Me is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with extensive experience in React.js, particularly in the banking sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop innovative web applications that enhance user experience and streamline banking operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React.js, adhering to best practices in coding and UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and back-end developers to gather requirements and create seamless integrations.
• Ensure high performance of applications and provide support in troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and the banking industry.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector is required.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A portfolio or examples of previous React.js projects, particularly in the banking domain, is preferred.
