Head of AI Solutions

The Head of AI Solutions will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to meet customer-specific needs across various industries. This role combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence with business leadership and a customer-first mindset to ensure our AI offerings are aligned with client goals, while delivering them in a repeatable manner. What you'll do...

Solution Strategy & Packaging

• Lead customer engagement to understand business objectives, pain points, and success criteria, translating them into a roadmap of differentiated AI-powered solutions.
• Define and oversee a structured prioritization framework that aligns solution development with customer impact, urgency, technical feasibility, and market opportunity.
• Coordinate internal resources including Applied AI, Research, Product, and Engineering to build the technologies necessary to deliver solutions to customers.
• Package and price repeatable solutions for sales to take to market and educate them on how to engage customers

AI Solution Delivery

• Oversee the delivery of AI solutions to customers including coordination among internal teams—from discovery and pilot to deployment and support—ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to KPIs.
• Drive the development of reusable solution templates and accelerators to speed up implementation while preserving flexibility.
• Develop co-delivery or sub-contract plays with key system integration partners
• Manage resourcing and utilization of internal staff.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align AI initiatives with broader business and technical objectives.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for high-priority accounts, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable results.
• Grow and develop a team, own P&L of AI solutions business.

On Day 1 we expect you to have...

• 10+ years in solutions or services focused leadership roles, with at least 5 years delivering AI or machine learning based solutions
• Experience building a solutions business and team from the ground up including owning P&L.
• Proven experience building and prioritizing a roadmap of differentiated solutions, including coordinating multiple internal technical and non-technical teams to support solution development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric needs, solution architecture, and delivery models.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline and a passion for solving real-world ground-breaking problems through AI.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $214,000 and $238,000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
