Job Description
A fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency serving North America and Europe is hiring Senior Account Manager.
- Purpose: Lead daily operations, manage client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to allow the founder to focus on business development
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for clients, lead meetings, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure all communication is clear, timely, and strategic
- Team Coordination: Oversee collaboration across departments including paid media, SEO, content, and design to ensure timely and aligned deliverables
- Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end client account processes from onboarding to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are upheld
- Quality Assurance: Review all deliverables, reports, and client communications for accuracy and professionalism before delivery
- Strategic Input: Participate in strategy discussions and contribute meaningful feedback to enhance campaign direction and client results
- Operations Leadership: Take ownership of all tasks and issues, proactively solving problems without deferring them.
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in a digital marketing agency, managing client accounts, campaigns, or internal operations
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to lead client communications and internal collaboration daily
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and content — able to understand, evaluate, and communicate campaign strategies (no hands-on execution required)
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, strong communicator, multitasker with excellent attention to detail and professional presence under pressure.
