Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for software-related queries.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for software applications and development environments.
- Assist developers with code compilation errors and debugging simple issues.
- Provide guidance on software usage and best practices.
- Escalate complex technical problems to L2 or L3 support.
- Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.
- Utilize helpdesk tools and ticketing systems to track and resolve queries.
Required Skills:
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development tools (IDEs, version control systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of Work experience. L1 Software Development Support
