Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for software-related queries.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for software applications and development environments.
  • Assist developers with code compilation errors and debugging simple issues.
  • Provide guidance on software usage and best practices.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to L2 or L3 support.
  • Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.
  • Utilize helpdesk tools and ticketing systems to track and resolve queries.

Required Skills:

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with software development tools (IDEs, version control systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of Work experience.   L1 Software Development Support
