What you’ll do

• Run a factory in SF

• Hit the numbers

  • Q3: 5 000 Omi units in the U.S.

  • Q4: ramp to 30 k; 2026 target: 200 k.

• Source every component—Li-Po, PCBs, plastics

• China push trips when a supplier needs a face on the line.

• Build the team: recruit techs, SMT operators, incoming-QC contractors.

You’re right for this if

• You’ve taken at least one consumer product to ≥1 000 shipped units (wearable, IoT, CE, robotics—volume matters).

• Can read a BOM and know the broker who’ll overnight the hard-to-find part.

• Comfortable leading line techs on Monday and hand-soldering rework on Tuesday.

• Thrive in a 6-day, in-person startup shop; get restless without high throughput.

Compensation

• 1 % – 5 % equity — real eight-figure upside on exit

• $100 k – $200 k salary (experience-indexed)
