Marketing Manager
Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with proven experience in the crypto and Web3 space to help elevate our content, polish our messaging, and support the daily operations of a growing marketing team. This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for a marketer who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about quality, and knows how to speak the language of Web3 — from DAOs and L2s to security audits and zero-knowledge proofs.
What You’ll Do
Create Compelling Content: Develop written and visual assets — including blog posts, social content, campaign copy, product one-pagers, and email flows — that resonate with crypto-native audiences and reflect an accurate understanding of Web3 culture and technology.
Maintain Quality and Consistency: Uphold a high standard across all marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, tone, and aesthetics are aligned with both our brand and the expectations of crypto-literate communities.
Support Campaign Execution: Assist with the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns related to security products, Web3 integrations, protocol launches, and ecosystem partnerships.
Drive Marketing Operations: Manage tools, timelines, publishing processes, and internal coordination to help the marketing team run efficiently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
Contribute to Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn technical updates into digestible, engaging content for crypto-native developers, builders, and users.
Track and Learn: Monitor performance metrics and industry trends, using data and market context to help inform future campaigns and strategy.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years working in crypto/Web3 — whether in a protocol, DAO, security firm, infrastructure project, or agency serving the space.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft content that is technically accurate, engaging, and aligned with Web3-native voice and tone.
Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem — including protocols, security concerns, user behavior, and community expectations.
High attention to detail — you notice typos, misaligned elements, or outdated references before anyone else does.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently manage multiple projects at once.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and translating complex ideas for both internal and external audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience working in cybersecurity or with technical products in the blockchain ecosystem.
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, or blockchain analytics platforms.
A portfolio of content or campaigns targeted at crypto-native users, developers, or communities.
