The Role
We’re looking for curious and energetic sales talent to join our fast-growing team that works with some of the most recognized Commercial brands. The ideal candidate should have experience with sales prospecting and business development and have worked as an Account Executive selling SaaS.

What You’ll Do
Business Development:
Identify and target key Commercial accounts within retail, hospitality and restaurants, or other relevant markets..
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
Sales Execution:
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Solink’s product offerings and their application in the markets we serve.
Account Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Solink products and services.
What You Bring
Educated & Business-Savvy: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field—an MBA is a plus, or have equivalent experience. You bring a strong understanding of sales fundamentals and go-to-market strategy.
Commercial SaaS Sales Pro: You have proven experience navigating commercial or mid-market SaaS sales cycles, with a consistent history of driving revenue and managing high-velocity deals.
Quota Crusher: You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and are known for delivering results with consistency and urgency.
Strong Communicator & Influencer: You excel in presenting, negotiating, and communicating value clearly to stakeholders at all levels—from technical contacts to C-level executives.
Relationship-Builder: You easily build rapport and trust with clients and peers alike. You know how to listen, understand pain points, and become a trusted advisor.
Self-Driven & Focused: You’re results-oriented, highly accountable, and thrive working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Sales-Tech Fluent: You’re proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and leverage sales enablement tools to work efficiently and close smarter.
Always Improving: You seek feedback, embrace coaching, and proactively invest in your own growth. You share knowledge generously and help others level up alongside you.
Field-Ready: You’re excited to visit customers on-site for walkthroughs and discovery meetings to better understand their operations and needs.

Security Requirements
