What’s the role?

This is not your average recruitment role. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across key portfolios, acting as a true business partner to hiring managers and bringing top talent into the business.

Key duties:

  • Lead job briefs, advertise, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume portfolios

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coach hiring leaders through best-practice recruitment

  • Maintain candidate care and communication, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally high-volume

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confident leading job briefs and advising hiring leaders

  • Understand the importance of talent pooling and proactive sourcing

  • Organised, tech-savvy and outcomes-driven

  • This role requires a high level of initiative, adaptability and time management

  • Recruitment experience across blue-collar, frontline or remote workforces is a bonus

  • You’ll be supported by a collaborative TA team that shares wins, ideas and insights
