Guidewire Consultant - No C2C - Full Time

Note: This would be an onsite role in Jersey City, NJ. And it is a Full Time role. No corp to corp

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design, configure, and customize Guidewire applications using Guidewire Studio and Gosu programming language.

• Implement integrations between Guidewire and other systems via web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.

• Participate in full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support post-implementation.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

• Assist in data migration and conversion activities for Guidewire systems.

• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and user manuals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience working with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).

• Strong hands-on experience with Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and configuration/integration best practices.

• Knowledge of Java, XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, and SQL.
