A little about the role:

The Compensation and Revenue  Analyst is responsible for supporting commission processing and reporting, and additional compensation analysis. As a part of our Revenue Operations team, you will serve as the liaison between Finance and Sales and will be responsible for working through cross-functional processes and using your skills to drive the business to end results. In this role, you will be working closely with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Client Success and be responsible for understanding the various commissions structures / schedules across our businesses. 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commission monthly cycle and the collaboration with Finance and Revenue  Operations teams to ensure accurate commissioning and bonus payments.   
  • Support Finance in calculating sales commissions according to the revenue team compensation plans and policies, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answer and resolve commission questions, commission cases, and issues that arise from the Sales and Client Success team.
  • Provide support and ad hoc reports for senior team members.
  • Validate sales and client success data for accuracy and consistency with the different Compensation Program guidelines.
  • Assume ownership of data hygiene and accuracy within the CRM, partnering with Sales and Client Success managers to uphold standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for  management, offering strategic insights to drive performance.
  • Support compensation planning and analysis needs.
  • Provide agile cross-functional support and assist Sales management on projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Sales Finance, or Finance role with experience in commissioning and a focus on compensation modeling and quota attainment tracking.
  • Proven ability to connect data-driven insights with business action, particularly around sales performance and incentive strategy.
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce a must). Knowledge in  commission management platforms is a bonus (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills; SQL or BI tools are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales and comp plan best practices.
  • High accountability, autonomy, and a mindset for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
