About the Senior Analyst, Strategic Operations...
We are looking for a talented Analyst to join our Strategic Operations team, with a primary focus on driving Data Activation across our product portfolio and elevating SiteMinder’s Smart Platform Strategy. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions and contributing to the success of our organisation.In this role, you will work alongside the Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Lifecycle and Customer teams and use our rich data ecosystem and a world class Data stack to create great customer outcomes & drive business impact at speed and scale.
What you will do...
Drive Strategic Growth & Insights: Leverage our extensive data to provide actionable insights on customer growth, product adoption, and user behaviour. You'll translate these insights into strategic plans and design experiments that directly impact key business metrics.
Analytics & Experimentation Lead: Act as the crucial link between our Strategy and Product teams, using creative data interpretation and experimentation to drive business growth.
Dashboard Development & Reporting: Partner with business, product, and marketing teams to build and maintain essential dashboards using tools like Tableau, HighTouch, and Heap to support strategic decision-making and performance reporting for leadership.
Data Advocacy & Ownership: Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll own and meticulously document your projects, data models, and dashboards using tools like Confluence and Google Drive to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference.

Bonus: Familiarity with software, hospitality, or e-commerce industries
Technical skills
SQL: Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for extracting, manipulating, and interpreting data (Snowflake or Databricks experience preferred, but any will do)
Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI with willingness to continuously improve
Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills in data analysis and model building using functions (lookups, pivots, formatting, manipulation, transformation, visualization)
Bonus:
Experience with ETL or Reverse ETL tools like Fivetran, HighTouch, Census
Experience with advanced analytical tools like R or Python
Familiarity with modern data stack tools and workflows
