About the role - What’s your purpose?
Signal AI, the A.I.-powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-impact Revenue Operations team. This is a critical role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and systems—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
As the go-to expert for all commercial systems support in the US, and a key contributor for teams in London and Lisbon, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our go-to-market (GTM) teams are empowered with the right tools, processes, and data to succeed. From optimising lead management to supporting reporting needs and improving our Salesforce and Pardot setups, you’ll be instrumental in turning commercial strategy into actionable, system-driven outcomes.
This role combines technical acumen with cross-functional collaboration and offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic, AI-led business at the forefront of innovation in reputation intelligence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing:
Maintain and continuously improve our Salesforce & Pardot instance, ensuring optimal system performance, usability, and alignment with business goals.
Partner with sales teams to improve reporting accuracy and sales processes, including dashboards and pipeline visibility.
Enhance and manage the lead management & enrichment process, including configuring and optimising lead routing with LeanData or lead enrichment with Apollo
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and improve system-driven elements of marketing campaigns and programs.
Support marketing and sales analytics by maintaining and troubleshooting reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Who are we looking for?
Technical Systems Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ideally tools like Pardot and LeanData, with a solid understanding of how to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Able to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues, with a keen eye for process improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to working with commercial stakeholders across sales and marketing.
Autonomy & Accountability – Comfortable owning your remit, managing competing priorities independently, and driving projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
Must-have skills:
Salesforce Administrator (certification is preferred but not required)
Experience with a marketing automation tool (Pardot, Hubspot…)
Experienced in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Not sure you meet every requirement? Studies show that women and other underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply unless they check every box. At Signal AI, diverse perspectives strengthen our teams, drive innovation, and lead to better performance. So even if your background doesn’t align perfectly with each qualification, we encourage you to apply if you’re passionate about this role.
We're dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every Signaller feels welcomed, valued, and heard—a place where you can truly thrive as yourself.
