Compliance Training Program Administrator- Temporary
Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Compliance Training Administrator will be responsible for administrative support, data entry, maintaining records and meeting deadlines and customer service. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Provide administrative support in data entry for compliance programs.
2. Respond to and resolve compliance program related inquiries from stores.
3. Coordinate and support exam session registrations and cancelations.
4. File digital certificates of all compliance programs.
5. Maintain records of Sheetz Pennsylvania liquor license holders and recertifications, fails and proctors, and training assignments.
6. Generate reporting to complete Sheetz Pennsylvania liquor license recertifications and meet recertification deadlines for state compliance.
7. Perform other duties and assist with projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
• High School Diploma/GED required
Experience
• Minimum of one year of data entry or management systems experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
• None required.
