Our Anchorage, AK laboratory is looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team!  This position will manage, maintain and grow internal and external customer relationships. The Manager, Client Services is responsible for managing the client services team. He/she will provide coaching, and guidance on workflow, compliance, services, and client relationships. The Manager, Client Services will partner with business leaders to identify challenges within the department with metrics and provide valuable solutions in an ongoing effort to improve workflow and processes.

Job Functions:

• Manages, maintains, and grows internal and external customer relationships to increase revenue
• Directly supervise client services team and PMs
• Serves as a main point of contact for customers regarding compliance testing an client issues
• Manages relationship between the client services team and local or cross-location departments
• Addresses complex client issues in a professional and timely manner
• Promotes a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience (Required)
• 5+ years of experience in Laboratory, Technical, Business, Shipping, or Project (Required)
• 1+ years supervisory experience (Required)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (Required)
• Strong self-initiative and resource utilization (Required)
• Advanced English language skills (Required)
• Advanced mathematical and reasoning skills (Required)
• Advanced computer skills (Required)
• Excellent attention to detail (Required)
• Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems in a systematic manner (Required)
• Ability to lift/carry/push or pull upwards of 25 lbs on an occasional basis (Required)
