Servpro is a national leader in property restoration with more than 2,200 locations across the United States. We provide specialty cleaning and construction services for residential and commercial properties. Our locally operated franchises serve Allentown and the surrounding areas, and we are seeking a new Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using AI and data-driven strategies.
- Manage social media to boost engagement and grow our online community.
- Create and optimize digital ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business goals.
Requirements:
- Strong background in digital marketing, especially in AI and technology.
- Experience with social media and digital advertising.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and related tools.
- Knowledge of AI in marketing, like chatbots and personalization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule:
- Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with a level of flexability as needed (required 40 hours / per week)
Education:
- Marketing / Digital Marketing Degree (Preferred)
- AI / Artificial Intelligence Certification Training (Preferred)
- Social Media Certification Training (Preferred)
Experience:
- Preferred at least 2+ year work history of Digital Marketing, Social Media & AI (or some combination)
Work Location: Hybrid (Home and/or Allentown, PA location)
Flexible work from home options available.
