Role and Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

  • Support overall tasks related to managing and operating development through efficient organizational operation including resource management and investment of R&D tasks, finance, investment, budget execution, management and managing sample, the establishment of an environment to conduct development tasks, and process improvement.

Job Description

  • Perform financial forecasting, annual business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives.
  • Perform the monthly profit and loss closing process.
  • Prepare current financial status by month-end closing to analyze the variances between budget vs. Actual by the business plan.
  • Support internal and external teams with R&D Tax Credit preparation
  • Setup yearly investment plans and quarterly overhead plans (or as requested) for SEA/HQ
  • Provide various financial reports as needed to team manager (Labor, Outsourcing, Travel, Entertainment, LVA and Etc.)
  • Coordinate with financial management teams, and identify and reconcile budget errors
  • Submit and obtain PUMI approval for all special projects/request
  • Assist strategic planning to reduce cost and improve efficacy of financial operation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage expenses
  • Manage the resource data of all dept employees by communicating with HR, contractor management agencies, and team leads. Correct and update any incorrect info across resource systems (Workday, Knox, PLM)
  • Support in HQ audits regarding asset, Environmental Health and Safety, etc. by communicating with responsible dept & team leads within the company
  • Resolve any facility, security, visitor support, GA, HR-related issues throughout offices in CA, NJ, TX, and WA by analyzing documents assigning tasks to local admins & report results to upper management
  • Other operation duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Access)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual Korean Required.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Eye for detail – attention to quality and accuracies is of paramount importance in this role
