We’re looking for a strategic and technically fluent Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of marketing technology, data platforms, and customer experience. In this role, you’ll serve as the central conduit between business stakeholders and technical SMEs (e.g., AJO SME, AEP SME, Adobe Target SME), ensuring seamless execution of high-velocity requests, pivots, and platform enhancements.

Your Impact:

· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for MarTech and data platform initiatives, from discovery through delivery.

· Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that align with platform capabilities and technical constraints.

· Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and speed in execution.

· Coordinate across multiple SMEs and technical leads to ensure cohesive integration between tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, and others.

· Drive prioritization and roadmap planning in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and evolving business goals.

· Ensure that platform capabilities are being fully leveraged to support personalization, segmentation, testing, and campaign orchestration.


Requirements

Must haves

· Experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a digital marketing, MarTech, or data platform environment.

· Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including AJO, AEP, Adobe Target, and their interdependencies.

· Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with technical SMEs, developers, and business stakeholders.

· Strong technical fluency—you can speak the language of developers and understand data architecture, APIs, and platform configurations.

· Experience working in agile environments, managing backlogs, writing user stories, and leading sprint planning.

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

· Comfortable operating in high-change, high-velocity environments, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

· Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), real-time personalization, and marketing automation.

· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Adobe Launch.

· Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience strategy.
