About the Role
The Digital Tech Enterprise Delivery Data Analyst will play a key role in coordinating technology services that fall outside of existing outsourcing contracts. This includes support for real estate (workplace transformation), country-specific solutions, and local/regional contracts for OSS (On-site Support), Service Desk (non-NEO), Voice and Video, Event Management, Devices, and Printing management.
This role is essential to ensure high-quality service delivery across sites, with a strong focus on employee experience. The analyst will manage data analysis and usage requirements, identifying trends and generating insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global Services & Experience strategy across all GBU/GFUs, collaborating with Digital Tech teams and Customer-Facing Technology to define optimal roadmaps.
- Ensure high levels of user satisfaction and experience for all technology services within scope.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track global operational KPIs and SLAs, with a focus on enhancing employee experience.
- Analyze service execution and support reporting needs for the Technology area, ensuring compliance with standards and driving improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, or optimize service delivery in collaboration with service owners and Digital Market Leaders.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for technology-related incidents and service requests.
- Ensure local services follow SOPs and approved OLAs/SLAs.
- Guarantee the execution of Digital Tech governance, acting as a bridge between delivery, product, and platform teams to ensure alignment and effective interaction.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Soft Skills & Communication
- Strong communication skills are essential. The analyst will interact with global stakeholders and must be able to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment are key.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication across regions.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- ITIL certification.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM data (incident/request/problem/knowledge tables).
- Understanding of IT service management metrics (e.g., MTTR, SLA, CSAT).
- Familiarity with employee experience metrics (e.g., CSAT, XLA).
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and data integration tools.
- Experience with ThinkCell and Nexthink.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and business-relevant manner.
- Team player with experience in agile or cross-functional team environments.
