About us

• At Same, we’re building a platform to enable anybody in the world to prompt software into existence. We launched Same in Mar 2025 (link). In 8 weeks, we hit 350k in signups and $2m+ ARR, and we’re growing very fast.

• Our founders are Aiden Bai, John Yang, and Nisarg Patel. We built open source projects used by millions of developers (Million.js , React Scan) and Airbnb, Robinhood, Perplexity, and Shopify in production.

• We're a small but experienced team that ships relentlessly. We welcome feedback to improve both our product and ourselves. We work hard, and we operate with a high degree of trust, agency, and ownership.

What you'll do

• Ship production-ready multi-agent systems: You’ll move fast to build tools and infrastructure for integrating, debugging, deploying, and operating low-cost, scalable multi-agent systems.

• Invent new ways to run reliable agents: You’ll explore and productionize novel strategies for building robust agents, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with multi-agent collaboration and system design.

• Establish agent evaluation loops: You’ll design feedback systems to continuously evaluate and optimize agents in complex workflows - building toward adaptive agents that improve over time in real-world use cases.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of research or engineering experience (academic or industry, in any background). Your credentials matter less than your ability to ship.

• Strong technical intuition and bias toward action - you’re comfortable learning by doing and iterating through complexity

• Ability to reason beyond papers - you can distill key insights from research, but your real strength is in identifying the why and testing the how.

• Proven experience in rapid prototyping- when building new agent workflows or deploying production ML systems, you move quickly from idea to execution.

• Track record of impact - top-tier publications, open-source contributions, or meaningful real-world work.
