The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Insights, you will work cross-functionally to evaluate omnichannel marketing performance across patient-facing digital platforms. Your insights will directly transform our strategy and execution across the organization.
What You’ll Work On
Analyze performance data from patient support programs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and deliver insights that inform omnichannel marketing strategies and improve patient engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and commercial teams to align insights with business objectives.
Design and refine measurement plans to evaluate program effectiveness and align on performance benchmarks with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with analytics teams to build and scale reporting capabilities, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.
Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance across customer journeys and digital engagement channels.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience in marketing, analytics, or product management.
Experience in customer-facing omnichannel marketing (e.g., web, CRM, SMS, mobile apps).
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Power BI/Tableau/Adobe Analytics/similar.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
A customer-centric mindset.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
Self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense for identifying value and opportunities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Able to collaborate effectively across marketing and operations functions and with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Deep understanding of the digital health and diabetes management landscape.
Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with internal analytics and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
Ability to identify and define business questions and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to support decision-making.
Consulting experience with a focus on marketing, analytics, or digital transformation.

$128,000.00 – $256,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
