Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Partnership Manager to join our expanding team at Salla. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while also managing strategic partnerships. You will identify opportunities, nurture relationships with partners, and lead initiatives to enhance revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Partnership Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that support partner engagement and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure the successful integration of partner offerings.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, partner success, and market feedback.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their goals and enhance sales capabilities.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to foster professional growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in sales strategy formulation and execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
