Location: New York City, in office, 5 days a week.
We are looking for a founding Growth Lead to join our early team and drive the company’s most important growth levers across patient acquisition, retention, and expansion. You’ll work directly with our co-founders and own strategy and execution across marketing, conversion, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Top-Line Growth & Demand Generation
Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth by leading strategy across both B2C and B2B channels
Launch and optimize ad campaigns across digital platforms, improving funnel efficiency through testing and data-driven insights
Build B2B motion by recruiting reps, equipping them with on-the-ground marketing assets, and setting up CRM infrastructure to track performance
Develop high-alpha marketing strategies based on rapid experimentation and conversion analysis
Track and improve # of new patients acquired per month
(2) Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Own CRO metrics and manage conversion from lead to intake to appointment
Work cross-functionally with intake teams to improve quality and throughput of patient onboarding
Analyze lead sources by channel (e.g., Facebook, referrals, MA plans, home care orgs)
Report on payer mix and intake performance across Medicare Advantage and Traditional Medicare

2–6 years of growth experience or GM-like roles where you owned a number and moved it materially
You’ve built and scaled growth engines from 0 to 1—across paid channels, funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and lifecycle marketing
Deep fluency in growth analytics: you know how to structure experiments, track CAC/LTV, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights from data
You’re relentlessly resourceful: you move fast, iterate quickly, and solve problems without needing a playbook
You’re full-stack: comfortable working across paid media, lifecycle, landing pages, conversion funnels, and retention strategies
You’re personally invested in our mission to combat senior loneliness—whether through lived experience, a family story, or a shared purpose
