Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve any product-related issues or concerns effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and product offerings in the fitness and sports equipment industry.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge further.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the fitness, sports, or retail sectors.
