In this role, you will engage with Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance regarding our extensive range of health and wellness products. You'll be instrumental in helping customers navigate their inquiries and enhance their overall experience with our brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products and services.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order issues, and general inquiries to ensure their needs are met.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring proper records are maintained in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to resolve any customer issues and provide feedback on product performance.
  • Stay informed on health and wellness trends as well as product information to offer knowledgeable support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to build relationships and foster loyalty to the brand.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge of products and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in health and wellness or retail, is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with customers.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
