Job Summary:

The Technical Business Analyst II works with cross-functional teams in identifying business needs, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and developing innovative solutions for RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document complex business requirements 
  • Perform critical thinking and analytical problem solving supported by data analysis to support decision-making 
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technical and non -technical team members 
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage the creation of user stories for development teams with discipline 
  • Lead team assignments independently 
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business standards and user expectations 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships 
  • Manage the implementation of solutions, integration and successful delivery 

Core Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience 
  • 3-6 years experience in business analysis or related technical Engineering field 
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Ability to influence without direct authority 
  • Ability to makes critical decisions leading to successful outcomes 
  • Ability to drive collaboration and cross-functional review sessions 
  • Experience in technical requirement analysis 
  • Knowledge of business analysis principles and technical specifications 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Jira management tools 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills 
  • Team-oriented work style 

The starting pay range for this position is $84,800 - $101,700 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
