Our Bloom City Match project is gearing up for its global release, and we’re looking for a seasoned LiveOps Specialist to join the team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping live configurations while working closely with a cross-functional team. Together, you’ll define and implement high-quality LiveOps practices in a low-hierarchy, agile environment where every voice matters and collaboration is key. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying gaps, optimising systems, and ensuring we deliver the best possible experience to our players around the world.


This position can be based in either Espoo or Barcelona, following a hybrid work model with two on-site days per week. Not currently in Finland or Spain? No problem, we offer relocation support.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
  • Support the definition and execution of live and development environment configurations.
  • Help identify gaps and opportunities in current LiveOps tools and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with programmers, product managers, QA, designers, and artists to ensure smooth LiveOps planning and execution.
  • Take part in the design of LiveOps features and provide input to ensure high-quality user experiences.
  • Coordinate the creation and submission of In-App Purchase (IAP) products across app stores and ensure proper backend setup.
  • Contribute to the identification, communication, and resolution of live incidents alongside other team members.


Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Experience working in Unity Editor and navigating its tools efficiently.
  • Able to read and create configuration files, primarily in .json format.
  • Familiar with using GIT for version control of configuration files.
  • Experienced in handling digital storefront operations (App Store & Google Play).
  • Hands-on experience with backend tools and systems used in live game environments.
  • Confident in identifying, analyzing, and helping resolve live incidents effectively.
  • Experience contributing to games at various stages of their life cycle, especially those with strong LiveOps components.


It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
  • Hands-on programming experience or relevant educational background.
