Customer Service Representative

Start Date: July 1st, 2025

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

• Answer inbound customer service calls explaining bills to patients
• Identify issues with the billing process that may have resulted in patients being incorrectly billed
• Take payments, set up payment plans, and screen for financial assistance.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Internet Connection:

• High speed Internet connection (DSL / Cable) capable of speeds over 100 mbps.

Workspace Guidelines:

• Work area must be quiet and free of distractions
• Work area must have adequate lighting without glare
• Desk, chair and workspace must be ergonomically correct and designed to safely accommodate the equipment

Work Requirements:

• Background check
